Training in Consciousness

Do you want to fulfil your wishes and to achieve your aims?
Become the master of your thoughts.
Your thoughts rule your life.
Our spirit is accompanying us day and night. It is pure consciousness and it consists of intellect (mind), feeling, will, ego and dreams. These five components use thoughts to communicate with us.
We can compare our spirit with a carriage of five horses. The coachman is the spirit. The horses are the thoughts.

We let the horses run, to where they want and we don't care about the aim. Then we are astonished, that we don't make progress. By accident we are going towards one or another direction, but generally we are always standing in the same place.
We didn't learn to use the thoughts, in our example the horses, in a useful way.
It must be possible for us to direct these horses.
The horses must be concentrated on one direction, or we leave some of them. But who is able to leave out thoughts or not to think them in future?
Thoughts are producing physical and psychical illnesses, fears, worries, lack of money, problems in relationships etc.
A farmer, who doesn't take an influence on what he plants or sows, will never have a good crop. May be a wheat plant is growing there on his fields by accident. If he wants to reap wheat, he has to sow wheat. And what about you? What do you want to reap, and what did you sow?

If you have a look at your thoughts, then you allow everything to come into your brain that wants to come, like a farmer who abandons his field to nature. As long you don't concentrate on that, what you want to have, nothing will change
Everybody who wants to determine his future must learn to be conscious of his thoughts and feelings and to influence them.
In the seminar you learn the different methods and techniques. These are practised for the first time in a stage of inner peace or meditation.
These methods can be integrated in normal every-day-life afterwards: at home, at the office, the workshop, at school, keeping the house, during the hobbies...
At the moment you are completely in thoughts from morning to evening. You don't know anything else than thinking, thinking, thinking. The aim of the training is, to bring you out of this circle.
You learn how to eliminate negative thoughts and how to handle them in a constructive way, so that your life takes that direction that you want and that is good and useful for you.
Then you are ruling your thoughts.
The carriage of life is guided by your horses to that place to where you want.
Then you realise in your life, what you really wish. Then you determine completely your life in future.
Fear becomes courage then, lack changes to fullness, problems are solved, your illnesses are healed...
